Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes — please provide a physical delivery address.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If your tracking does not update within 3 business days of your shipping email, please contact us.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it to a new address.
If you notice an error, email us at support@vibeejoux.com immediately and we will do our best to fix it before it ships.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@vibeejoux.com.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Delayed: If your order has not arrived after 12 business days, contact us and we will look into it.
Lost: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, email us at support@vibeejoux.com. We will contact the carrier and work to resolve it.
Stolen: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your door, mailbox, and with neighbors. Wait 24 hours as packages are sometimes scanned early. If it still cannot be found, contact us within 48 hours and we will help.
Note: VibeeJoux is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but reported stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
Damaged Package
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the item and packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
