Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging

Items that are worn, damaged, or returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@vibeejoux.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable method
  4. Keep your tracking number as proof

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Cost

  • Changed your mind or wrong size → Return shipping is paid by the customer
  • Wrong, damaged, or defective item → We cover the return shipping cost

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 15 business days back to your original payment method.

Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund — this is outside our control.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vibeejoux.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, email us at support@vibeejoux.com with your order number and preferred item. We will confirm availability and guide you from there.

Order Cancellations

  • Within 12 hours of placing your order → Full refund, no questions asked
  • After 12 hours → We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has started

To cancel, email support@vibeejoux.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
